alright everyone. here’s the thing. the girl in these pictures is my best friend, makayla. and she has been bullied so much in this past year. her story is amazing and she is so strong. but the bullying has left many scars. one is that she thinks she’s ugly. her confidence is so low; lower than anyone’s i’ve ever known. but she is beautiful. don’t you agree? the thing is, she’s also very sweet and caring. she’s so perfect. but she doesn’t get it. i want to prove to her how beautiful she is. i want to show her that people in this world think she is beautiful. she wants to switch to a different school than the one she has planned to go to next year, because she doesn’t want to deal with the constant bullying she’ll receive at the original one. she is afraid to log online to see if someone posted more stuff about her. she’s afraid to go out to the the shopping center near our houses because she is afraid of being harassed even there. she is afraid of walking the school hallways because of some of the people that walk in them. how is this okay? it has been two months, if not more, that this has been going on. and nothing is being done about it. 

so i want to do one thing. just one small thing for her. i want to show her how people actually see her. they see her as beautiful.
